excesive road/interior noise roaring/howling

One month ago I finally purchased my dream 82 911sc Slant Nose, now that I've put a few hundred miles on her, she seems to be getting louder and louder every time i drive her. I've had other muscle cars with similar extra wide tires that were not nearly as noisy. I've never owned or rode in an older Porsche before so i don't have a baseline to compare tol, however at 60 mph it exceeds 90 decibels.
What are normal sound levels, should i be concerned that something is worn out like a bearing or transmission, is there anything i can do or check before i open nearly empty wallet?
Thank you in advance for any suggestions
Spencer

Check your wheel bearings and if your car has a sound blanket on the firewall. Also check how old your tires are and make sure you have no exhaust leaks.

My R rated tires are loud as hell, does it make the noise when you let off the gas, or is it constant? What about coasting, car out of gear? Try to load the bearings by swerving left and/or right to see if it gets louder.

+1 on worn tires, rears in particular. Mine roared noticibly and improved with new. Still overall a loud car but the tire noise is gone. Also my cat bypass increased the noise.
