What are these relays?

Hi Everyone,
Can someone tell me what these two relays are for?..... and what are the three fuses for?

This is a 77 911s. The PO removed the CIS and installed Webers. Did a very sloppy job. There are cut off wires and loose, unused, connectors everywhere.

If I'm going to clean this mess up, and keep the Webers, and go to MSD ignition, can I just eliminate this whole panel including both relays and all three fuses?

Thanks.

In my 83 most of that stuff relates to defrosters, rear wiper and heater blowers...

My CD box too a crap a few months ago, while I was chasing the problem down and making sure that the box was in fact the issue, I read a post relating to fuse #22--seeing how there are only 21 fuses in the trunk my search was on. To make a long story short fuse 22 is one of the three shown in your photo and does in fact send power to the CD box. I have a 81 but the setup looks the same as mine.
Joe you are right about defrosters etc.

pull that entire Al frame out and clean it up as per pics in other threads here

be very careful with the 14 pin connector!

you will want some acetic acid & elec. contact cleaner

I think PAG changed those rear panels around every year... but a fuse or something back there is likely for a cold start valve on the now-dead CIS
