Good product for HVAC Weatherstripping Seals??

Has anyone found a good product to replace the stick-on foam seals on the HVAC piping under the hood? I have mine all apart right now and the original stick-on weatherstripping that seals the ventilation tubing to the body and to other parts is pretty much disintegrated. Thinking if I could find cut-to-fit sheets of the stuff I could replace it pretty nicely..... ??

You can go to your local auto parts house and they should have the 1" (?) wide roll of the self stick insulation. In my case my Auto Quest parts supply had the material. I don't know about sheet stock in the same material.
