Leftover Wires
 

I recently replaced my 2.7 with a 3.0 from an 81 SC and I have a few wires left over that I don't know where they go. The first picture is two wires together one is yellow and the other is red with a black stripehttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1351379220.jpg

both of these are at the back of the engine (toward the front of the car)

The last one is at the back of the engine (toward the rear of the car on the drivers side) it is two wires together that are both white with a red stripe.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1351379619.jpg

Any help would be appreciated

The yellow is generally for bendix or the coldstart system. Possibly the left rear chain cover temp probe for cold start. As long as your carbing the 81 there is CIS wires that you dont need.

I will have to strip the tape back to see if it will reach the cold start probe. It does look like it is supposed to plug in there. Any idea on the white/red wires?
