Where can I get this done? 2 out muff

Smog inspection is coming up and it looks like I will be dusting off the 78SC exhaust in the garage and R&R'ing the pre-74 exhaust for testing. While I'm at it I would like to get someone to open up my 2-in-1 and make a 2-in-2-out. Anyone know anyone in Orange County, CA?

Why don't you give Kurt B a call. I hear he loves to dremmel and could always use practice welding.:D

Hahahahaha.
Yeah, I'll be glad to help you make one.
I make NO guarantees on how the welds will look on that thing though.
Welding ain't easy. It looks easy on Discovery and other places, but you need a good welder. Mine is junk.

Cutting open a muffler is a Nasty!! job I have done two of them. You look like Fiddler on the Roof by the time your done. From all the black soot in side. It's better to have a Plasma cutter to open the thing up Insted of using the cutting wheels that adds alot more time to the job. I cut and move some tubes and then plumb the exit's to come out the center like a Boxter and no need to Cut the lower valance for clearance. I did take step by step pictures of the last one that I did. But do not have a way to post them. I will try and find a way
