Have you bought from Pelican in the past 6 months?

Interesting to see how many of us regulars actually help support this board. Put your vote in....

You can make multiple selections...

Your question implies that John Walker, Roland, Superman, etal, (regulars) are required to buy parts from Pelican, else they are to be seen as not supporting this board.

Whether they buy from Pelican or not, they support this board in the most profound way. . . .they give their time and expertise.

Perhaps redirect. .. how many of you lurkers. . .

Okay ! I admit it... I'm a lurker.

And I so appreciate all the input that John Walker, Roland, Superman, etal, (regulars) have put on this board.

Saved me lotsa dollars... Information = Knowledge

Kudos !

Regulars know the contribution those folks provide.

This is meant to be fun...FUN and light hearted, stop being so serious or we'll take your keys away.....

Yes, Chris ... I have an order in processing now! It includes one of the billet sump plates ... that I bet most of the regulars didn't even know Pelican is carrying, now!

I typically 'group' several items that I take from a pending list, and usually order once or twice a year.

Pelican is the only place I shop for items for my Carrera. It's slightly more expensive than other places I've seen on the web, and ground shipping to Pittsburgh takes FOREVER, but this board and the customer service I've received far outweigh those two minor gripes.

Great company, great community.

You guys need someone on the east coast for hire? 2nd warehouse? Sales/Marketing? Technical? I want to be a Pelicaner.

bought books and magazines in preparation. 101 projects is great for the prospective buyer (better than the new buyers guide book), as is Peter Morgan's book. If my trajectory with p-cars is anything like bicycles were in the 90's, Wayne will be able to afford that addition to his condo.

Just received my SunRoof Cables in the mail on Wednesday!
I purchased them from Pelican even though they were cheaper elsewhere. The level of customer service and this forum make it worthwhile!

I too agree. The level of support and professionalism at Pelican far outweights the slightly higher price for other online parts places. I have also noticed that the plastic bags the items come in make useful places to store things.

Woudn't even consider going any place else. You can't put a price on the knowledge you get here.

For me, it's my virtual "Porsche for Dummies" book. It's phenominal what you get here. You get world-wide input here with a few keystrokes and this "Roland" guy is a waking encyclopedia and a vast store-house of Porsche knowledge.

Don't much care what Pelican charges. Use to shop around long ago but don't bother anymore. Just a wast of time.

Try and find another place where the "Owner" jumps in and helps out with our problems and querys. Now that's service.

PELICANS NEWEST CUSTOMER

I havent yet made a purchase from pelican but would like to in the future. I have been dealing with my local porsche dealer , Otto`s ,and Foriegn intrigue. I have had many learning experiances while on the phone with Otto from Otto`s, or Mike from Foriegn intrigue . I guess I owe it to pelican for providing this superior board where Ive learned 50 times more than on the phone with those guys . I guess that settles it. I will do business with pelican starting right after this post. I need a set of floormats and a new rear window seal. Time to find the credit card.
