73.5 door panel repair

Starting to consider how to repair the door panels on a 73.5 911T.

On the passenger door, the vinyl is peeling, and the section below the arm rest has pulled loose:



On the driver's door, vinyl is intact, but the section below arm rest is also pulled a bit:



Appreciate suggestions how to best repair these panels.
