MFI Mechanical Fuel Injection pump

Does any one know how to tell the difference between a T, E, and S MFI Pump?

The space cam would be my first guess.
Along with the stroke adjustment for volume.

Easiest will be via the Pump Designation (Bosch Identification) number on the side. There are different numbers for different years(engine size) and different models (T,E,S). Still no guarantee that the space cams haven't been modified if the source is unkown.

Best reference is the CMA for the MFI pump

What are the numbers? 013,014, 015 stamped on the name plate.
