door pocket fasteners

the bolts that hold the back top part of the door pocket hinge does not have any threads. Was there a backing nut on these bolts? Mine are short socket head allen bolts but i cannot determine what they are screwed into.
does anyone have the part or point me in the right direction on pp?

There are number of screws that thread into the metal door itself, not sure if that's what you're referring to though.

I just took mine apart/off the car to install RS panels - but I didn't pay too much attention to all the screw locations since I knew they weren't going back on.

pocket fasteners

the attached shows the bolts that fasten to the door, i do not know what they fasten too. The holes are larger than the screws.

The fasteners on mine are self tapping screws. But that's not to say mine are original. But the diagram you're showing does appear to show a tapping screw. Are you sure the ones you removed are allen head bolts? Is it possible you accidently got them mixed up?

Porsche schematics?

Quite often on this forum you will see schematics such as the one for the door shown here. Where do you find these? Any web sites have them?

The cap head allens hold the grab handle to the door.
There are captive nuts inside the door shell.

The screws you are asking about which hold the plastic hinge to the door panel/door shell are sheet metal tapping screws.

The four screws that hold the bottom of the door pocket to the door are M4 .8 machine screws. These use a finishing washer. There are captive nuts inside the door shell.

These bottom screws can be a challenge to line up properly. I often see tapping screws mistakenly installed here...

I seem to recall there being some speednuts clipped into one or another of the holes stamped into sheetmetal.
