Torque value for Turbo valve comers

I just bought from our host a set of Wrightwood Racing value covers with a silicone bead on the lower ones.

Could someone please let me know what the torque value is when used with Turbo covers.

I think the old cork ones were 6 ft. lbs. however, I do not think that is enough for these.

Thanks,

71 in lbs.

Do a gradual star pattern torque, 50%, 80% 100%

I did a goggle search and Wrighwood is stating 15 ft. lbs.

Seems high to me.

That silicone besd is not going to need a lot of squeeze to effectively seal. If memory serves, I used the 71 in lbs., or 6 ft lbs as mentioned by DRACO, and never saw the slightest of seepage.

Yea 71 in lbs. make more sense.
