Mounting 911 fuel pump???
Greetings:
I have a Bosch early 911 fuel pump #911 608 107 00 that I will be using in my webered 914. How is this mounted in a 911? Is there a hose clamp like bracket integral with the chassis? Does this pump need to be oriented in any particluar way? I'd like to mount it horizontally. Does it regulate fuel pressure, or do I need an external regulator? Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

My '73 (a CIS car) has a bracket just inboard of the driver's side trailing arm where the fuel pump is clamped in a horizontal position.

Thanks. It turns out that I can mount it horizontally in the front trunk using the stock 914 mounting hardware - knowing that it could be used horizontallly is the key.
