Kevin, The Rev Limiter is on the drivers side of the car way up under the fender towards the back of the dash. It is bolted to the inside of the fender. It's kind of square and only has one plug. I just unpluged mine and the car runs great. I have been driving it like this and am very careful not to get to crazy with the RPM's. I know my Rev Limiter used to work because I hit it a few times running some old corvettes!!
