Rear Valance Question

Have a car that started life as a 69 912. It is now an RS clone with rear flares. In bringing the car from CA to VA, I needed heater boxes so a stock SC muffler was added. To have a bit of bling, I had the muffler modified with twin center outlets. The problem is the rear valance needed to be cut horizontally to clear the muffler. Would like to find a valance that would fit over the muffler and allow a cool center out cutout just for that aesthetic punch.

Suggestions?

how about adding a piece to the rear bumper to make it cover the area and fit over the pipes?
