How can this be. What am I seeing? Wayne is messy like me! :D :D :D

At least you have an excuse...

Wayne - what's the white-out for? I've never seen this listed on any of the "required tools for project list?"

Wow, tape-on wheels! That must be some REALLY good tape to withstand the weight of the motor - I figured you'd use bolt on wheels or something more sturdy!! ;) -- Curt

Where's all the scantily-clad babes, Wayne? ;)

beepbeep 06-24-2002 06:31 AM

Wayne, what kind of camera are you using? Is digital good enough?

Sean Hamilton 06-24-2002 08:14 AM

and no sight of the 101 book!

Oh oh,
BMW parts mixed with Porsche - are we building a Dempsey Mongrel

Well, you learn something new everyday: Look at the size of that oil cooler, that's half the size of the engine!

Now I'm trying to find an illustrated pic showing how they sit in the assembly.

I was wondering how you made your pics look so good, the photo paper is the key I see...

Wayne 962 06-24-2002 11:11 AM

Photo paper is a neat invention. Anyways, the corner of the 101 book is sticking out pointing towards the crankshaft. You can barely see it in the photo.

No scantily clad women - they only hang around after the sun is down...

Wayne:

So, are you using digital camera or not? Most tech books today are made using digital cameras. I must be pretty costly to do all on film, develop it and then scan it.

White-out* is great stuff. I use it to mark hard to find timing marks on pulleys. I also put a stripe of it on the often rubbed oil line behind the right rear tire so I can see if my tire is rubbing at the track.

*I use a WhiteOut pen.

Thanks Chris - good ideas!
