Question Sales Brochure ID?

This is the first page of a sales brochure a neighbor gave me last week. He's had it for years (since he lived in the neighborhood of the dealer whose name is stamped on the brochure)
Can someone tell me what year this is from? Is it worth anything?

1966 or early 1967. Yes, it has value, there are some literature collectors on the board that may know the exact value. Condition is important, the dealer stamp can also add some value. Some of these were printed in large numbers, others are more rare.

I agree with Bruce on the year possibilities of the car pictured...and don't ask me why, but the gut feeling is '66...

doesn't a '66 have the "911" or "912" emblem placed at an angle on the passenger side of the engine lid, as opposed to the center?? ...later, Max

The angled script was discontinued after the initial run of cars. My '65 (ser.no. 302060) had the slant script and it was registered as a 1965. By early 1966 the cars had the straight script in the more normal location. By mid-year production they were all straight script. As is remember it, the wood dash trim was phased out about the time the slant-script was removed.
Still, this car could be an early '67....

My 66 has the slant script and it also has the smaller porsche two peace script. Insted of the single letters across the bottom of the lid. Also wood dash and also was a Solex car. It looks like the 67 912 roller that I have in the back yard.

I thought that photo looked familiar so I started looking thgrough some old brochures and found this photo in a 1968 brochure:

The angle of the photo is the same, the girl is the same, looks to me like the ad department did some pre-photoshop coloring.
It's not unusual for Porsche to do that, the '73 brochure used cars from '72 with the oil-filler flap air-brushed out.
Here's the cover of that 1968 catalog:

So, whatever that year is, and it's probably 1967, Porsche must have really liked that girl.
