How do you fix this?
The hinge bolt on the wing window. Anyone have any suggestions?

You might try this: Remove the window frame and drill out the broken pin that is inside the upper hinge, attached to the frame. Find a suitable piece of steel, say a door hinge pin, and size it to fit the hole on the vent window on one end and the drilled out hole in the frame hinge. Polish the end that will fit into the hinge on the vent window. Cut it to length and press it in the window frame hinge with a "C" clamp or, if it's a bit small in diameter, use some JB Weld.
Unless there are replacement pins made, the above should work.

There is probably a right way to do that, but if you drilled the bottom out from the top, you could slide a brass pin up into place and epoxy or JB weld it.
