Anyone buy one of these Titan Torque Wrenches?

I just received my new Titan 3/8" drive micrometer Torque Wrench from Pelican parts and it won't release? Isn't it supposed to let go at the pre-determined torque setting? Does anyone have one of these that could give me the secret technique to make it release? Thanks

Is this it? Pelican Parts.com - 3/8" Dr. Micrometer Torque Wrench

Not familiar with this specific wrench, but the torque wrenches I've used don't let go/release, they just click when the torque is reached.

Thanks for your response

Yea, The problem with this wrench is it doesn't do anything... No clicking or releasing or any way of indicating the correct torque has been achieved... Thanks, Keith

should be able to put on the lowest setting and "bend" it over your knee and get some sort of click to happen, try a few times on either side
