Wanted : Wheel repair in the Chattanooga / TN area

Hello everybody,

I'm new to the Chattanooga / TN area and need some assistance in finding a good shop that can repair / repaint my Kinesis wheels. I have one rim that is bent ,but all rims need to have new paint / clear coat for sure.

Thanks in advance for the help
Andy

I work in insurance. I don't know anyone specifically in Chattanooga. I'm not sure if there is a good independent wheel repair outfit in the area. My guys in East TN use a national vendor for basic replacement wheels. Here is a vendor we use all the time in the Nashville area for repairs. -J

Minor thread hijack, apologies in advance. I just bought some older Fuchs wheels that need some work, and doing a Google search, I ran across this outfit that says it does all kinds of wheel repairs. Anybody familiar with them?

This place is in Marietta, GA, about 100 miles from Chattanooga. I have used them in the past and they do excellent work.

Wheel Repair Services: Alloy, Motorcycle, Powder Coating, Wheel Balancing, Alignment - Metro Wheels

They polished & refinished these Fuchs that were on my car before it became a widebody. Two of them had been curbed by the PO and Metro did a beautiful job.

If you call Metro, ask for Peter. 770-423-0440

No affiliation, just a happy customer. They also do excellent mounting and balancing work on high-end custom wheels and their prices are very reasonable.

Have you tried Coker Tire? If they don't do the work, I'll bet they know someone who does. They're downtown Chattanooga.

+1 on Metro Wheels. We use them a lot for straightening, and all the painting is done at Hot Wheels.

It usually costs @ $125.00 to straighten per wheel, depending on the circumstance and @$450.00 to paint depending on how much taping and if halves need to be separated, etc..
