Chrome spray paint for tail light housings?
Thinking about freshening up my tail light housings, has anybody had good results with chrome spray paints?
If so, which brand do you recommend and which system did you use, did you do a gloss black base coat prior to chrome spray? Thanks, Mike |

I cleaned mine out and used silver paint. Worked well and no problems... Duplicolor silver. Brightened thing up pretty good.
A few guys on the forum just painted theirs white and quite satisfied...

Chrome paint worked well for me. I think I used VHT but I'm sure most decent brands will work fine.
I didn't do a base coat, just cleaned it up and sprayed 3 light coats.
