Pic of Opitma battery installed?
 

Can someone pleas post a pic of an Optima battery installed in a 911 SC? I'd like to put one in but am curious about the mounting brackets/fabrication.

I need to see the same info. I have an Optima battery in my 911 and it's just sitting there! I checked on Pelicans site and even e-mailed them, they don't sell the correct bracket to mount an Optima. Automotion has one I think, but I'd like to see what I'm buying.

AJUSA sells the bracket. It's pretty simple. The plate is .09 (?) thick aluminum plate with c'sink screws that come in from the bottom that hold the battery to the plate, a 45 degree bend at one end that slides under the lip that the old battery used to fit into and a hole where the battery hold down clamp used to go. I think they are about 30-40 bucks.
