Advice on bearing seals

So I come home from a week of business travel looking forward to putting my hubs & bearings back on my car (73 911).

When I open the new grease seals I find they are different from what I removed. The seals I removed are rubber backed and the new ones are metal. Both appear to be 45x62x10 but I am not happy that the new ones are not what was expected.

I have started to search our host for a direct replacement but have not yet located it.

So... what can the experts here tell me about what I have versus what I ordered & received?

Also what the recommendations for pressing these into the hubs?
