Fuel pump lines...

Hi. I have a 1970 911T, the fuel pump makes a loud whirring noise when the ignition is switched on so I've bought a new one from PP. I went to fit it today but my existing fuel pump has three lines into it, the new one will only take two. Do I have the wrong pump or does it need a modification!? The car has Weber carbs. Help!!...

I'll give you a bump to the top to see if anyone has any input. Pictures of your existing pump may help get some responses.

Physics is like sex, yes there are some practical applications, but that's not why we do it.
