Every day, my wife has a soap she watches. Claims it's addictive. She doesn't have a clue. As soon as she gets out of the shower, I need to get cleaned up, and get the car to a show being held today. And instead of checking on the car? I'm here, reading this cyberspace version of a soap! Had to get the morning fix...catch up on the latest. I hope I'm not alone here. OK...will check back after the "All European car show" is history.

I guess I understand why you didn't add this onto the 'fluff' from a new junior member ID ... whom I haven't decided whether ... is a game, or an actual new person ... how about an ELIZA test for female-ness, anyone?

Sorry Warren. Hadn't really had any coffee when I made that post. The Brownsville (OR) "All European Car Show" was a good time by the way. British, Italian, German, and Swedish cars there. Porsches were classed irregardles of year. "coupe", "open top" and "Two seater". Ohhh, hate to admit it, but with only people who entered voting, from all those countries? The 356's CLOBBERED the 911's! Rightfully so, in my mind. Some beautifully restored 356 coupes, speedsters, and cabs were there. Best display sign? Hastily printed by a guy with a '65 Jag sedan. Forced to park next to a new "Jag", his sign read "NOT A FORD". He got best 4 door British car. BTW, parts number for an engine lid shock? Mine would have to expire the day of the show...not cool to have to prop up your engine lid with a snap-on torque wrench case...that's '72, with the steel engine lid. The other long string? To be sung to the tune of the old "Rawhide" TV show theme: "Trolling, trolling, trolling...keep those posters rolling..." Paul
