Its always nice to introduce oneself, year make of car, (Pictures of car) location, ect on their first post. At any rate, welcome to the forum, there is a wealth of information here, unfortunately I'm not familiar with those calipers but I'm sure someone here probably is.

Those appear to be narrow M front calipers. With the dual bleed nipples and hex head bolts, quite possibly 42mm pistons for 73 and up 914.

Late model 914 front calipers. Dual bleeders and 11mm hex heads n M7 fasteners. 42mm pistons. Same casting as the 911 rear M-Caliper but the fluid inlet is tapped on the rear vs. the side.
If they are on the rear of a 911 or a 914, your rear bias is now heavy and thats the absolute worst place to have a heavy bias. Front? Ok. Rear on a rear or mid-engined car? Bad news.
