Looks great. Thanks man!

Did you have to do any trimming to get this to fit?

I bought one of these a while ago and tried to install it in the same type of wheel.
Fit was not good. It bound and would not release after being pressed. Had too many other projects to bother with it and stuck it in a drawer.

+1 on the binding and sticking. Would like to know how others addressed it.

hi Ivan. I respect your opinion as yours. I’m not building it to makes money. It’s a wrecked 912E. If that was the case I wouldn’t have purchased this car. No matter how I build it back date or other it’s still just a wrecked 912E.

Decided to replace all rubber front bushings. Thought it would be a great time to powder coat and media blast front suspension parts.
Very happy with the results!

Took some time finding the right position so that it wouldn’t stick.
Almost gave up, but glad I’m stubborn because this time around it payed off!

My thoughts exactly.

I threw the K&N air filter in the garbage and replaced it with a Mahle. Kept the Fabspeed airbox cover, too cool to put the stock one back on.
