Good opportunity to clean up those grounds. I removed the old shrink tight, brass brushed the lugs and the manifold and applied Deoxit. New shrink tight and looks ways better, probably works better as well.

They were all cleaned up when I resealed the intake manifilds. They will be oriented better now though.

Taking a nice 270 degree off ramp early AM on way to work I noticed something fly off the right corner of my car. Suspiciously the same color as my car. Pulled over after toll booth and discovered the trim ring was gone. Was held on by the single bolt at the bottom. I have noticed that this bolt (on both sides) was decreasingly effective in holding the apparatus in place (no other screw that holds the headlight assembly together aligned with any of the four tabs in the headlight fender bucket). Searched the forum and found this thread:

New H4 headlights just arrived_question

New rubber seals may be all I need to fix. Thanks Pelicans.
