Love Lindseys! Nice choice on the color combo, I haven't seen that before.

In other news, I put on my seat bolster cover today.

Parked it in the garage after the weather prediction of 4-6 inches in the next 2 days. I dont mind driving it in the rain but between the other idiots who dont know how to drive in the rain and the possibility of small stream flooding, the Excursion is the better vehicle for the Holiday weekend.

Polished and waxed the hood. Yes, only the hood. Pain in the arse even with the orbital. Damn I have a lot of chips in my paint.

Did a little wetsanding on some REALLY OLD and faded paint.

Not perfect but definitely improved. Plus, it was fun and my kid helped.

Happy B-day America.

I was hoping you had 245/45-16 on the rear and could tell me where to get them

Went for a tuning run with the laptop and dialed it in by upping the AFR table closer to 14.7 for mileage improvement at highway speeds as well as low speed.

I've had it running a little rich and I want to see if I can improve the MPG's a little. Currently around 16 mpg, mostly city with a fairly heavy right foot.

Still keeping it rich in the power bands, just want cruising speed to be more efficient. If I can keep my foot out of it....

Removed the final bolt remnant from a crossover pipe for a 3.2 Liter, tried penetrating, heating, pounding with a BFH, finally was able to press it out using bench vice. Rattle canned muffler, and some engine tin ware.

OTOH my 70 XKE was pretty nice...maybe an older Aston Martin...nope, I've the 911 bug now.

Timmy,
I've a fresh 930-10 with SSI's/Dansk in my 83 SC and am getting about 22.5 combined MPG...what are you getting?
I'm running the CO at about 2.5-3 ish to keep it fat for our heat (105 tday).
Runs cool btw.
