Receiver /Dryer
Any defaults if I remove the Receiver / Dryer on my 82 911? I have no a/c and will not be installing one in the near future?

You almost can't stop there. Once the dryer is out you almost have to pull the lines and then you might as well condensers etc.

If you have no AC, there is no reason to have the receiver/dryer. Just be sure to remove all hoses and clamps and plug the screw holes in the sheet metal after removal for any exposed to the outside. And, as posted above, if any other AC components are still there, you might as well get rid of the whole mess.

Keep going....I recently removed all my A/C components, not that hard.
I patched the hole up at the front where the blower goes and plugged all the bracket holes from the hoses by installing new (OEM) rubber washers on the original screws. I plugged the holes from the receiver dryer with 3M strip caulk then painted over it. I removed the smugglers box evap box, took the evaporator out, then put the box back in to use as just a ventilation blower when needed. Put it all in a box in case I ever sell the car. Here's how I plugged the holes from the condenser blower using aluminum sheeting from Home Depot and stainless steel sheet metal screws:
