For which? Air or water-cooled? I can think of a couple that might be adequate for water, but not really any I feel good about for air. Is the car local? Any chance you could arrange to get the PPI done in Portland?

The car is '90 964, air cooled. Could possibly take it up there, but as you know it's a bit away.

I agree with Arne, and strongly suggest you get the car to Portland.
Maybe there is a competent and honest shop in Corvallis or Salem? |

JMHO, but you REALLY need to have that done here in PDX since there is far too much at stake to miss a critical issue. There is much I cannot say in a public forum,...........
Marque Motors is very good at this sort of thing.

Can't help with the PPI, but Steve has a sterling rep on this forum. I'd take his advice seriously.
I checked out this thread because I lIke Eugene, and was curious. No skin in the game myself. . . |

Oh an RWebb is on top of the game, too. Much respect to both those guys. I'd take their advice seriously.
Good luck with the car. |
