Up-hill gear changes

I have an '82 SC and have noticed that changing from 1st to 2nd while accelarating from an UP-HILL start is noticeably more difficult than changing from 1st to 2nd when accelarating from a straight or downhill start

Is this indicative of something ? I read in one of the other posts that bad or degraded engine mounts can cause slight movements in the engine which can affect shifting. I thought that maybe thats whats happening here when I accelarate uphill

Any ideas ?

tx !
