Weber Carburetors By Pat Braden. Sold by or host really helped me alot to understand how my carburetors Weber 40 IDA 3C work and how to work on them. Also Bruce Andersons Porsche 911 Performance Handbook has good information on Weber carburetors and how to size carburetors and parts to you engine size. Hope this helps Craig.

Here's one from Edoardo Weber, strictly on the early Porsche 3C models (46 IDA 3C was the 906 carburetor). Twenty pages, fully illustrated. I would imagine that photocopies are available somewhere...

Haynes do one which includes weber, zenith, stromberg and SU
Haynes is available from the UK - they also do a Porsche 911 book covers '65-'89 so a bit general but a good reference all the same.
Haynes do books for just about every car made (Euro) and are quite good,

Any more reviews about the Passini book? It was out of print for some time but I see that it's back in print for $15: Weber Carburettors Tuning Tips and Techniques (Tuning Tips & Techniques): John Passini: 9781855207592: Amazon.com: Books

It's tough to tell how useful the book would be based on the reviews and there's no way to browse inside...
