Norm-

You have to slide the sunroof back a little and pull the sunroof headliner off; grasp the front edge and pull downward to disengage the clips. Once the entire sunroof headliner is unclipped you can carefully push it out of the way. After that you'll be able to see the four places you can adjust the sunroof height.

Unless something else happened my guess is that you've got a cable issue not an adjustment issue. I had to replace my cable when the rear stopped "kicking up" at the end of the sunroof's forward travel.

Only a slight affiliation ;>) but Wayne Dempsey's 101 Projects book (Project 85) step you through this pretty well.

Bentley likes backing sun roof off about 4 inches. I used a putty knife to pry the headliner clips out of the roof. There are 7 spring clips, clipping in with a front to back orientation. The headliner can then be pushed backward into the cavity all the way, for room to work on the other guides. The only clips securing the headliner are those at the front.

I've a problem in trying to bring up the back of the roof fractionally to improve the seal but have run out of adjustment room. 120,000 miles and not certain if replacing the cable and lift will work. If you find out. please advise.
