997 top will not open
 

hello,
im working on rebuilding a 2008, 911 convertible. the rear quarter has to come off and get replaced but the convertible top does not work at all. the two small window will come down either. all i get is a relay clicking from the rear when i press the convertible top button in the center between the front seats. checked all the fuses under the front dash and on the rear circuit between the rear seats. i saw three fuses in rear and where good. any idea of a way to manually lower top without creating more troubles for myself?

any help would be great.
