heat exchanger fan tubes open
I was wondering if leaving the paper tubes off of the fan shroud that connect to the heat exchangers will cause a motor to run hot. I had to remove them for a day for some exhaust repairs and noticed my motor was running at 250F. It freaked me out.
If running headers do you just tap these off with steel foil or is there a part for it? |

you're basically wasting cooling air. a couple of krylon paint can caps slide on real nice on the early small outlets. hose clamps to hold them.
