SC vs. Carrera rear bumper guards

Apparently they are different for SC vs. Carrera. Anyone know what the difference is?

its the lower valance and placement of the valance that makes them not fit / fit

the bumperettes vary in that location

(my bumper has a couple extra holes in it now)

Thanks Ed, that makes sense, so it's guards matching the valence that makes them unique. Good to know, thanks!

The turbos and Carreras had a valance that was a little further rearwards, or at a slightly more vertical angle, thus the bumper guards are slightly shorter at the very bottom, where they touch the valance.

+1 - I tried to test fit my SC euro bumper guards to my carrera bumper and lower part of the bumperette does not sit well on the carrera valance. Since the euro bumpers for the turbo or carrera valance are hard to come by and pricey, I ended up buying a SC bumper blade for my euro bumprettes. Believe same principal goes fitting US SC guards with a Carrera bumper
