ER Offset Camber Plate Question ?????

Okay.. just to confirm "what I think is correct"...

Which one is Left and which one is Right? From Pilot's seat

Thanks , anyone?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1361725391.jpg

in the picture they are backwards, flip them around.

Devil Dog Mosport 02-24-2013 11:59 AM

ah okay... so the bolt holes are closer to the mount on one side and they go inboard to center of car?

proffighter 02-24-2013 12:30 PM

Here is how to mount. This way you get more camber (if desired) easier. Maybe no need for, but mount it this way anyway

correct, the idea is to angle the wheels inboard (at the top) to increase camber - make sense?

Devil Dog Mosport 02-24-2013 12:58 PM

Now it does.. thank you sir

Devil Dog Mosport 02-26-2013 03:08 AM

just an update on the placement for future reference and straight from "the man"...

If you want more negative camber, arrange such that the bolt holes are towards the outside. Less negative camber, arrange such that the bolt holes are towards the inside.

proffighter 02-26-2013 03:40 AM

Sorry, but who wants less than stock camber??? Thats what yo get if switched...

Devil Dog Mosport 02-26-2013 03:42 AM

Pure Racing applications, depending on the track...depending on your driving tactics, your line, and your tires... temp, track conditions.. I could go on..

What racing application asks for positive camber? Stock is

Devil Dog Mosport 02-26-2013 04:43 AM

Clearly you're confused .... If you want more negative camber Positive camber has not entered this conversation..

But, you're right... touche' .. One typically would not want positive camber in the application..
