avoid kw shocks if you ever need customer service
 

I'm pissed that KW has repeatedly ignored me and lied to me regarding a shock repair. Avoid them at all costs. My revenge is to make sure that anyone who googles KW customer service will see this note.

How about some details? Otherwise there's no way to tell if there is really a problem, or if you are simply a difficult customer.

I've had nothing but great service from them.

doh, sorry to hear that. i'm running kw coilovers on my daily driver, but haven't needed any service yet.

Well, I have to admit, after I ripped a manager a new one yesterday, and was angry all evening, I received an email today that they were completing the work in the manner promised.
Perhaps under the circumstance, the moderate ought remove this thread.
