Crazy 911 sc stall problem fixed
Ok so some of you guys know I have been dealing with a sc that was going to the 4-h and i was gonna let kids hit it for 5 bucks a pop, well anyway after a year and a half i may have found it, remind you this car has been looked at by five different shops, and each shop wanted to put a cold start valve and a frequency valve but i just put them in two years ago, Well I disconnected the alarm last week viola drove all day didnt stall, came home took a shower and gonna go party in the Porsche, two miles away snap crackle pop, then stall called wife she got pissed had to come get me again in the famous stalling P- car but she prefers Piece of s$%^, came home got the trailer halled it home that was last week, today im determined to find some thing so i let it get nice and hot idleling, got in the engine compartment and i was gonna wiggle every wire till something happened, i figured i could do this wiggle thing till i had to go to work monday, well the third wire loom i grabbed it stalled, traced it to the cd box, something wasnt right so i took the plug out and cleaned the corroded connector, it was better but still would stall, so I took the plug out and put a nail on the out side of each female connector (to tighten the connection), well i just did a 5 mile cruise it usualy would every once in a while like stop running then start again, well i think this would happen on bumpy roads explaning why it would stall on rough roads, i always thought it had a bad connection somewhere, anyway add to the list of stuff to check, hope this helps someone else, Kevin
