Vacuum line replacement for a 3.2
I've been working to fix my idle hunting issue, and had a new oxygen sensor and CHT sensor put in by the shop as both were not coming out with the normal set of tools I have available. Looking through my records, I can't find evidence that the plugs were replaced since the overhaul at 150k miles (at 195k currently), so I have a new distributer, rotor, and plugs to put in. After that, was going to try and go through replacing all the vacuum lines as they look to be original. Is this a job that can be done with the motor in? Anyone know what size tubing I'll need?
Are there any other common sources of vacuum leaks aside from the hoses? Any check valves I should replace as preventative maintenance? Will also clean the idle control valve and hopefully that should cover all the bases of issues before getting it tuned for mile-high elevations.

RE-Torque the intake manifold barrel nuts. It should be done when you adjust the valves or about every 15k..3.2s like to suck the manifold gaskets.

Big ups on the intake manifold tightening. I spent a lot of time chasing as well and when I got to them, all 12 were loose some up to a half turn. Idle hunt gone.
