Which motor oil to use?
I don't want to start an 8-page discussion here, but I just bought an 81 911SC and need to change the oil.
Is using Mobil 1 a requisite? Does it really make that big a difference?

Mobile 1 is the oil to use if your oil is ever going to get above about 230 degrees F. It is also useful at lower temps because it lubricates better than regular oil.
As far as regular oil goes, I like Kendall GT-1 and I also like Valvoline Racing 20w50. There, that wasn't too long, was it?
