Trying to get samples but they keep saying they have sent out samples twice and both times they have come back.

Hmm. I don't know that this is the problem but it's possible...

Once, I bought some spare parts for an Aitwe steering wheel from a tuner shop in Germany. They had tracking on the package. It got to my local sorting office - and just sat there. For days. I called the local sorting office, eventually talking to the Postmistress.

When it was eventually delivered, it had DHL labels on it.

I think the folks at USPS saw the DHL labels and thought some courier's parcels got mixed somehow/had no idea that this was mail and that they were supposed to deliver it. So it just sat there until I started calling...

I wish I knew what the problem is, maybe they just can't be bothered to find out why the samples keep coming back.
It's what their price is and if they have a Twill sample that I need.
