Shaky Steering wheel
I have had a shaky steering wheel for a while. I am had my wheels spun and balanced about a year ago... so im not ruling that out but it's less likely.
The steering wheel seems to start shaking back and forth at 50-65 mph. usually before and after that it remain pretty steady. What's causing this? I this an alignment issue? suggestions appreciated. Patrick O 1970 911 T/S Widebody

Wheel balancing. Alignment. Tire roundness (my brand new SP9000 weren't perfectly round). Flat spots?
If you can't seem to solve the problem try having the wheels balanced while on the car. Worked wonders for me. |

For optimum tire balance, you need an "on car" spin balance.
That should solve your problem. For Fuchs wheels I would put tape over the wheel weights (I kept losing the stick on weights on the inside of the wheels). If that does not solve the problem, its probably a bad tire (flat spot) |

Thnks for the advice. It could be a flat spot on one or more of the tires from that 4 wheel power slide close call i pulled awhile back. haha
