Green/White to oil tank level sender 911SC

Hello,

did anyone ever trace the Green/White wire going to the oil tank level sender?

One of the PO's that converted my 911SC to a 964C2 hacked into the engine
compartment wiring to install the 964 taillights and by doing so, removed the
6-pin connectors and taped the entire thing up with electrical tape.

One thing he forgot apparently was that there used to be a Green/White
and White wire coming from the right rear taillight and going to the oil tank level sender.

Now the problem, I can't find any trace of those wires after removing a whole
bunch of electrical tape...

Does anyone know where the Green/White enters the engine compartment?

Just went into it yesterday and after half an hour and removing 20 meters
of electrical tape, I found them cut off somewhere behind the engine.
