Engine wont kick over
I just completed my engine rebuild (Finally). I had problems kicking it over. It seemed as if the battery lost it's juice. Had the battery tested and was good as new. Tried starting it agian and barely kicked over with the help of starting fluid and a prayer. Could this be a symptom of a bad starter, or something else? Any suggestions will be most appreciated.
Thanks Eric |

Can you be more specific? does the motor spin freely, and it's just not igniting, or getting fuel? Or is the starter barely spinning?
And always include year and motor when asking tech questions. It helps the smart people like JW, Warren, & Roland. |

It's getting fuel and ignition, but the starter seems to be dying. It's not putting out the torque
