RE-11 vs RE-11A lets talk
 

After 2 track seasons on my RE-11's, it's time for replacements. I love the RE-11's and was going to replace with the same. Then I find out there's a new version coming out. Apparently the "A" stands for auto-cross so the question is would this new tire be any good for 20 min. sessions of DE. The new A's are 3lbs. lighter than the original RE-11's and wear rating is up from 180 to 200. The only reviews I came across on Google are for auto-cross.

What do you guys think?

I posted something about this yesterday. Some sizes already discontinued. 245/45/16 still availble RE-11 not yet in the RE-11a. I'm hoping they introduce the 245/45/16 in the RE-11a. I was planning on 225/50/16 front and 245/45/16 for the rears. So i'd also be interested in any info about the RE-11As.
