Why is my 86 runs like crap, rough idle when cold poor performance slughish

My 86 Carrera runs rough I got it that way ,I replaced the MAFS ,O2 sensor ,I even installed a set of racing headers and a M&K GT3 muffler ,not much improvement!
It feels like perhaps has a vacuum leak or...? Suggestions ? Much appreciated !
Thanks Pelicans !

you don't provide much input on the problem but from what I get from your description sounds like vacuum leak

Have you searched for leaks with carb cleaner?

make sure both fuel pumps are working. My 930 ran like crap on only one pump.

rough runing 86

I don't think the 3.2 Carreras has tow fuel pumps ?!
It idles very rough when cold, I know it doesn't have a Cold Start Up Valve so what could be the problem then? It feels very sluggish and low on power.

our 3.2s do not have two fuel pumps!!

you need to check for vacuum leaks and also have your AFR checked

Have you checked that you ICV (idle control valve) is working properly? it may need a good cleaning

searching on here for "3.2 idle" will give you many hrs of reading

Clean the injectors first. If that doesn't solve it then start checking sensors and for vacuum leaks.

Afr ?

Pardon my ignorance but what is AFR ?
I think I have to take it to the shop ?...Only one problem ,there aren't any (Porsche mechanics)worth their beans in Southern Nevada aka Las Vegas.
I think I have to drive al the way to Cali for that :(...
Thanks !
