Innovate Motorsports?
Anyone using Innovate Motorsports e.g. DL-32?
I got a box of parts including the DL-32 unit. Is it worth getting it all setup? I'm interested in data collection. I'd like to pm with someone that can assist as I go along. Thanks.

I haven't used the DL-32, but I did install an LMA-3 in my car. It is basically the same as the DL-32 except without the card slot (need to capture live to a laptop).
It works well. I hooked it into the speedo, tach, manifold vacuum and AFR (using an LC-1). I've been wanting to capture CHT as well, but never got around to hooking it up. I'd be happy to share my experiences via PM.

Thanks, I'm going to take a closer look during the weekend and plan a simple project hooking up to the Pcar and see how far I get. Do you know the details of the rpm recording? The documentation implies the time stamps are 12 per second. Are you outputting to a csv or similar file format? I might consider keeping the conversation here for a bit and see if others want to follow along or add thoughts.

I believe that the time stamps are just the frequency at which the samples are outputted. It counts up the RPMs just fine, just lets you know what the RPM rate is 12 times per sec. For the tach hookup, I just tapped off the black/purple wire at the tach. Did the same with the brown/red(?) for the speedo.
I don't output to a csv or anything. I would just look at the graphs within Logworks.
