Pics on the oil cooler lines on 69-71?

Hi,

I am restoring a 1971 911 S Targa. Some previous owner have just cut the oil lines to the front cooler, so there is barely a stub left under the front fender. There is no trace of it in the back.

So, can anyone be kind enough to share a picture or two showing how the line enter and exit respectively?

Please let me know.

Regards,

Johan

Do a search on Early S for thru the rocker oil lines. There are some good pictures of what they should look like.

Thanks guys,

I found these two threads over there:

http://www.early911sregistry.org/forums/showthread.php?66152-wanted-pix-of-early-S-oil-line-routing
http://www.early911sregistry.org/forums/showthread.php?50779-Another-hot-rod&p=492906&viewfull=1#post492906

that show me what I need. Now I just need to find the piping!

Regards,

Johan

Here are a few of the front of a 71S........

I have some others I have to look for showing the lines in the rear fenderwell.

Nice job centpres911-

That looks like Copper Pipe you are using. How are you joining them together?

Are you using M30 hoses & fittings as well?
