Changing over to SSI's

Changing my SC over to SSI's. Was hoping I wasn't going to have to crush the oil return tube over by the oil line that goes into the case but looks like I will have to. So in the interest of placing an order with Pelican and maybe eliminate some down time in case I bugger some threads up while removing oil lines I need to find some parts.

I plan on getting The TStat repair (PEL-PP901687) and an expandable oil return tube (H-107-040-01) I already have all oil lines ect.

I am looking for Part number 18 in the picture below. What is it called? Where can I find it on Pelican.

Want to get the order in today so I can get it hopefulley by Monday

Thanks

you're not going to bugger that fitting. that would be hard to do. just be sure it's tight against the case before you attach the oil line to it.

When you receive your SSI's

double check to make sure the flange surfaces are flat. Three of mine were. The fourth was not. The two connections to the heads were flat. One of the dual outs to the muffler was not. Better to find out before install than through backfiring. If not, have it machined rather than trying to use gaskets to make up any difference.
