RUF Steel Slant Fenders/Parts Values?

Anyone have an idea of the "value" (I know, I know) of a fairly complete set of RUF Slant parts. A guy on Samba has pretty much what I need to complete an '87 930 I picked up in need of front fenders, rockers, tail etc. He's asking 7500.00. Maybe it's a member here? Anyway, never "thought of" doing a Slant, more thinking a Raug Welt, but what are your thoughts? BTW, it's a complete perfect car, unfortunately it's a salvage title so I have no qualms about bastardizing it.
